Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email or message with event details.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an event are non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances.

SOS Combatives CIC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a refund or credit toward a future event.

Rescheduling

If you cannot attend but give at least 48 hours' notice, we’ll happily transfer your booking to another available session. Transfers are subject to availability.

No-Shows

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must complete a waiver and consent form via our secure Tally system prior to taking part in any SOS Combatives CIC session, workshop, or event. This form covers assumption of risk, consent to physical training, medical disclosure, and emergency contact information. Failure to complete the waiver will result in your inability to participate.
